瓶颈和年龄也许没有多大的关系

就是到了这么个瓶颈，就那样被卡在瓶口，有时候几乎被挤压到窒息，五脏六肺都快暴裂的感觉，我在努力找寻自救方式。

这样的感觉从来没有过，我相信这对个人发展而言是个良性的反应，最起码知道自己需要什么，追求的是什么，只是不知道如何走出那么一条路
